Attend and manage high level meetings during industry events, making sure executives are well prepped before the meetings Identify and share opportunities I see to improve workflow and processes. Keep Founder and CPO informed of any issues or concerns which require intervention Plan and execute team offsites and events Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and business stakeholders on key events and meetings, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
