Acts as the trusted consultant, liaison, and advisor regarding all facets of the implementation project plan. Quarterbacks instrument and software implementation projects in the Core Labs business unit- Executes professional project strategies and external-facing communication, ensuring consistent communication throughout large diagnostic system customer implementations, including but not limited to: meeting minutes, kick off slides, smartsheet workspaces- Champions the project through business/sales processes, leading the entire implementation life cycle, and concludes with a successful hand-off to appropriate support teams, including the post-project review with both internal and external stakeholders- Uses strong conflict management and negotiation skills to maintain customer confidence throughout high-complexity, medium-to-high-risk projects- Uses and adheres to the change management system when engaging with stakeholders to manage scope- Formally documents, logs, and gains internal/external approval for any customer-requested scope adjustments or deviations from the agreed-upon project plan- Conducts post-project review meetings and hand-off activities to ensure a successful, formalized transition of the implemented system to the customer and the Roche support team- Plans for external-facing large diagnostic system customer implementations by adhering to Roche Diagnostics policies and procedures and provides feedback on internal processes to improve for future projects- Collaborates with the project team, to assign duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities, ensuring all critical customer decision-makers are engaged early and often to remove roadblocks and secure necessary approvals, specifically as it pertains to IT security- Proactively manages project risk and engages with customer concerns directly, serving as the primary trusted consultant to gain and maintain customer confidence
