ABOUT ROSALIE POLANCO
Rosalie Polanco is Document Control Manager at McKissack & McKissack, the nation’s oldest minority and woman-owned architectural and engineering firm, where she supports delivery of the $9.5B New Terminal One (NTO) redevelopment at JFK International Airport. She began her career in events management, coordinating national conferences and fundraisers that sharpened her skills in logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement.Since joining McKissack in 2019, Rosalie has grown from supporting community engagement and supplier diversity outreach to leading project controls workstreams in the Project Management Office. Her current responsibilities include managing the schedule of Design & Construction submittals and integrating project management workflows that support pre-development, procurement, quality assurance, and change management.Contributing to a project of NTO’s scale while navigating the challenges of COVID-19 and fluctuating international travel demand has strengthened her expertise and resilience. Rosalie is a proud Bronx-born Latina with a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University.
