I am a small group coordinator and a member of the social committee within CHAARG. As a small group coordinator I manage a group of under ten students in weekly events. These events are often group HIIT workouts, done all together outdoors or in our university’s gym. Occasionally I plan social events, such as painting pumpkins the week of Halloween. This allows us to develop meaningful friendships, while staying happy and healthy. As a member of the social committee, 11 women and I are responsible for organizing a variety of CHAARG events for around 300 people, making sure everyone feels welcome and included. Both of these roles have allowed me to meet people and get involved while simultaneously growing my organizational skills.

As a fourth year at Northeastern University I have consistently made the Deans list, took an active role in many extracurriculars which have broadened my horizons and allowed me to meet diverse groups of people, and completed volunteer work. I have passed Actuarial Exam P and Exam FM, strengthening my abilities in the area of actuarial mathematics. I strive to utilize my organizational and academic skills in a math-oriented setting, while simultaneously learning more about insurance and actuarial fields.
