A change in franchise changed the name of our Company to Coldwell Banker Schweitzer, and then a merger in August 2009 created Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel. Our merger with Weir Manuel, a much respected local Real Estate firm, was the perfect blend with Coldwell Banker, a brand known around the World. Our superior training is on-going and our desire to give the best service possible to our clients and customers is award-winning.
