I bring structure and clarity to GxP training and compliance in regulated environments, connecting Quality, HR and business teams so training is consistent, practical, and sustainable.Much of that work happens in environments where training exists, but not in a way that fully supports the business—different sites operating differently, unclear ownership, and processes that don’t always hold up under audit or in day-to-day execution.I step into that complexity to help define how things should operate moving forward—how training is governed, how responsibilities are structured, and how systems and processes connect across functions.Across different organizations, this has included improving consistency and reliability in training and compliance environments supporting system migrations, strengthening audit readiness, and building practical training programs that hold up in real operations.At the core, my focus is always the same: building systems that make sense, hold up under pressure, and work in day-to-day execution not just on paper.
