Improvement Planning and Coaching Research Quality Improvement methods, tools and best practices and develop QI supporting materials. Contribute to developing quality standards, methods and tools for assessing performance against standards Provide education and training on the use of improvement methods and tools that builds staff capacity and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement. Provide coaching and technical assistance to teams conducting improvement projects, including assessing current practice, identifying barriers and opportunities, and developing and implementing action plans. Support adaption of service models and systems to be responsive to a changing environment Data and Measurement Compile data (performance measures, documentation, observation, surveys, interviews) to identify gaps in service delivery and staff competencies. Collaborate with programs, improvement teams, and other agency representatives to develop measurable performance goals and objectives. Identify/adapt/develop metrics for assessing and driving improvements in services quality, safety, client outcomes, and favorable experience of staff and persons served. Collaborate with the Evaluation team on the design, review and analysis of agency, program‐ and improvement project‐level QI reports and dashboards. Management and Strategy Develop work plans that support successful implementation, adherence to timelines, and progress towards goals. Track and report regularly on the status of quality improvement initiatives across the agency and support continuity and accountability. Assist in development of departmental strategies to advance improvement culture and capacity across the agency. Foster strong relationships with agency support departments including IT, HR, Finance and Quality Assurance to strengthen program operations and maximize efficiency
