Provide project management support to the Digital and Enterprise Capabilities team at Sage Therapeutics in the implementation of SafeRunner, a new GxP system for the intake of Adverse Events and Product Complaints. • Responsible for all phases of implementation from Planning through Go-Live • Partner with cross-functional Sage leads and vendor to ensure timely execution of tasks, review, and approval of deliverables and adherence to timeline • Facilitate weekly Governance, Core Team, and monthly Executive Leadership meetings • Partner with Sage project leads and Doc Control to identify impacted Business Process documentation for the creation/revision of SOPs, Work Instructions, Business Continuity plans, etc. • Utilize ASANA for the management of tasks and to report weekly project status to core team and Leadership • Ensure all documentation is housed in the project SharePoint site • POC for project inquiries and issues
