Rosa M. Feeney, Esq. has been in private practice in New York State and City for over 30 years with a focus on policyholder and plaintiff insurance coverage matters. She serves as an insurance coverage consultant to insurance policyholder\'s and plaintiff\'s and their attorneys who face insurance issues in personal injury and property damage cases. She provides end-to-end services, from pre-litigation consultancy for her clients, to review, analysis, negotiation, litigation, arbitration and mediation strategies to resolve disputes. She has also litigated numerous Construction, Labor Law, Businessowners, Automobile, Homeowner, Life and Disability Insurance cases and has served as lead counsel on several New York State litigations in the State and Federal Courts. With a concentration on risk assessment and management by reviewing contract documents and insurance policies she counsels her clients on the most effective means of risk protection and transfer. She is proactively involved with brokers, insurers, and other attorneys to secure available risk allocation and to protect her clients.Rosa is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Associations. She is designated as the Insurance Coverage consultant for the Suffolk County Bar Association\'s Assistance for Lawyers program.
