Analyzes business strategy and HR data to derive requirements and insights for the HR strategy.• Responsible for the creation of proposer dashboards to monitor and steer HR KPIs and crucial measures (e.g. recruiting, smartworking…).• Recruiting: Manages end-to-end recruitment processes, such as sourcing and interviewing of new employees. Ensures alignment with organizational needs and talent acquisition strategy, leveraging KPIs to monitor and optimize performance.• Talent Development: Responsible for initiatives related to employee growth and development, identifying high-potential employees and supporting their career progression.• Responsible for whole aspects related to HR controlling and reporting as well asstrategic personnel planning and budgeting (including personnel costs, Overheads, FTEs…).• Conducts HR trend analyses, in order to properly support Managers in the related Areas.
