ABOUT ROSA EDINGA

Well, hello there!I\'m Rosa - a coach, mentor, speaker, and someone who believes deeply in the magic that happens when people feel safe enough to show up fully. For over a decade, I’ve run my own coaching practice - supporting leaders and coaches to reconnect with themselves, so they can lead in ways that feel honest, human, and courageous.I\'m a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Certified Executive Coach, and Certified Advanced Mentor Coach, but what really matters is this: I create spaces where people can take a breath, say the hard thing out loud, and reconnect with their own wisdom. Not because they’re broken - but because they’re remembering, realigning, and rooting more deeply into themselves.I’ve worked with leaders across public service, healthcare, and business, and have a particular heart for those navigating complexity, pressure, and change. My roots in leadership coaching run deep - I spent over a decade with the Alberta Public Service, where I built and led the Ministry of Health’s coaching program. Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of leaders - especially in healthcare - to lead with more humanity, more courage, and more clarity.Alongside my work with leaders, I’ve had the joy of mentoring and supervising professional coaches who want to deepen their craft and lead with integrity. I co-designed and co-lead both The Coach Mentorship Group and The Gathering - spaces where coaches can stretch, be seen, and grow in community. I also contributed to the ICF’s work updating the global Coach Educator Competencies. These days, much of my work centers on how nervous system regulation, identity, and psychological safety impact how we show up - for ourselves and for others. I bring a trauma-informed lens to both leadership and coach development, and I recently launched ROOTED, a program for coaches exploring how to cultivate safer, identity-aware spaces in their work.Because before growth and insight, there has to be safety. And before we can lead others well, we need to feel at home in ourselves.Outside of work, I’m a proud mom, a loud football fan, an avid reader, and a big believer in dry shampoo and grace. My house is rarely tidy and a now-cold coffee somewhere nearby - but it’s real, it’s alive, and it holds what matters. Kind of like my work.
