In my role at Corteva, one of the world’s largest agriculture organizations operating in over 110 countries, I concentrate on shaping and executing global ESG strategies. I determine the materiality of long-term issues that could affect our company, ensuring alignment with our core values. I’m responsible for crafting Corteva’s Annual Sustainability and ESG Report, and managing responses to various environmental, social, and governance disclosure questionnaires and disclosure such as S&P CSA, CDP, TNFD, GRI and others. Collaborating closely with ESG teams, I guide the development of the company’s sustainability strategy, focusing on the key areas of Climate, Biodiversity, Sustainable Product Innovation, and Inclusion, Diversity & Equity. Additionally, my daily activities include monitoring priority business objectives, public policies, industry trends, and regulatory landscapes. This oversight enables me to track, anticipate, and mitigate issues with the potential to significantly impact Corteva, ensuring our proactive approach to sustainability and social responsibility.
