I’m an operations leader with experience driving performance, efficiency, and growth in retail and eCommerce. Over the past several years at Safeway/Albertsons, I’ve progressed from hands-on customer service and fulfillment roles to leading multi-site operations across 23 stores in Hawaii. I specialize in optimizing processes, improving labor and scheduling strategies, and implementing new technologies to achieve measurable results. For example, I’ve-Consistently exceeded eCommerce operational and labor targets across multiple stores -Achieved an all time high in eCommerce sales for Hawaii and 100% of all 23 stores passing internal company metrics - proving a people based approach to motivate employees works in turn taking exceptional care of customers -Improved underperforming locations to pass internal metrics through data-driven problem solving Beyond operations, I’m passionate about developing people. I enjoy coaching teams, recognizing achievements, and building strategies that not only increase performance but also create stronger, more motivated employees.
