ABOUT RORY TAYLOR

As well as being self-employed, I have been the Audit Committee Chair for Buffalo Coal Corp.(TSX-V) and until mid-September 2023 was the Chair of the Board of a community Orchestra based out of North York. I departed from an Interim CFO role for a Western Ontario based (also TSX-V listed) cannabis company in September 2021. Prior to that I worked as Chief Financial Officer for Banro Corporation (“Banro”) from July 2017 to December 2018. Before Banro, I worked at Aura Minerals (TSX:ORA, from March 2012 to September 2016, over four years of which period I was their Chief Financial Officer. I\'ve accumulated more than 20 years of finance experience and held responsibility for all aspects of financial management within the various organizations for whom I\'ve worked. Prior to joining Aura Minerals, I worked as Vice President, Finance at Crew Gold Corporation for 6 years followed by a year as Endeavour Mining Corporation\'s Vice President, Finance, Mining Operations. Banro, Aura Minerals, Crew and Endeavour (TSX:EDV) owned and operated gold and base metal mines and various precious metals exploration properties in West and Central Africa, South and Central America, Greenland and the Philippines. I\'ve also previously held senior finance roles in listed companies in the telecommunications sector and managerial positions in the assurance practices of Ernst and Young in Vancouver and Johannesburg, South Africa. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town and am a South African qualified Chartered Accountant.
