I’m Rory, an Irish podcaster, writer, journalist, newsreader and mental health advocate.For over ten years, I’ve been working in London as a journalist, broadcaster, writer and newsreader for channels and stations including ITV, ITN, BBC, BBC Radio, Times Radio, Virgin Radio, TalkSPORT and TalkTV.My podcast, Inspireland, covers personal stories including mental health, trauma, addiction and social injustice to highlight the power of resilience, healing and hope.
