Professional with broad mining background. From production, projects to senior management. Initial experience gained in deep level gold mines, South Africa, which led to me obtaining my National Higher Diploma in Metal Mining, followed by a BSc Hons in Mining Engineering. Subsequently joined DeBeers and worked my way up the ranks to the position of General Manager at Victor Mine, Canada. Returned to Africa to kick start the Cut 8 project at Jwaneng Mine, Botswana. Departed DeBeers after 23 years service and joined a Junior Mining Company in Canada.
