Empowered a global team, trained over 60 business users across AMER and EMEA regions on new and improved records management application with compliance procedures and best practices during COVID-19 on-time and within budget. Lead a highly collaborative team throughout the overall implementation stages and business requirements for training, testing and adoption planning and execution for redesigned Records Management application from infancy to production. Own and maintain the relationships with vendor management (VMO) of third party storage providers in 33 countries.* Adhere to the MSA, SLA’s and agreed KPI’s, invoice reconciliation, conduct quarterly business reviews. Manage the storage physical records consisting of 1 million records with $1M spend annually in AMER/EMEA regions. Identify business statehood of any data migration and update requirements and activities. Preserve strong stakeholder relationships within the AMER/EMEA region on Compliance ensuring local regulatory and compliance nuances are met. Implement cost savings initiatives, including the destruction of eligible archived records
