ABOUT RORI MALECH

As a valued team member of clients in the real estate and hospitality industries, I am able to leverage my understanding of their business concerns and objectives with decades of experience and current market knowledge to navigate my clients from term sheet to closing of complex commercial transactions.I represent both borrowers and lenders, including local and national developers, REITs, institutional equity investors, institutional and non-institutional lenders, and hotel owners and operators with their commercial real estate development and finance transactions around the United States. These transactions frequently involve partnering with clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, workouts, and equity and debt participations for a myriad of asset types, including mixed-use development, office, retail, hotel, condominium, multi-family and residential and commercial property. I’m especially known for my prowess in the hospitality industry, assisting hotel owners and operators on the negotiation of managements and license agreements, and advising lenders on the intricacies of management and franchise agreements. In my rare free time, you may find me on the road hauling my Minnie Winnie 5th wheel chasing the next Phish show, hiking National Parks or tuning out the world with my head in a great book.
