As part of Hyland\'s Experience Platform (HXP), I get to leverage a remarkable cloud-based solution that enables our organization to create and manage personalized digital experiences for our customers, employees, and partners. Through the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other advanced technologies, I am empowered to build and deliver tailored omni-channel interactions across various platforms, such as web, mobile, chat, and social media. One of my key responsibilities involves content management, where I utilize a user-friendly system to effortlessly create, manage, and publish content across multiple channels, ultimately enhancing customer engagement and nurturing stronger relationships. With HXP, I am excited to create engaging and personalized digital experiences for our customers, improving their overall satisfaction with our brand. QA activities includes but not limited to API testing, performance testing using Jmeter and analysis using DataDog, writing E2E tests using selenium. Twistage was a digital media domain, multi tenant enterprise video content management platform built on technologies like ruby on rails, python, ffmpeg and hosted in AWS cloud and provisioned using AWS opsworks. There are also some auxiliary micro services which are deployed in AWS ECS. I was responsible for Testing new features in Perceptive Media which is a tool that helps you to manage videos, audio tracks and images in your website and also Deployment in AWS. Rooshabh started his career at Logica after graduation.He started as a QA and worked in various domains like Space and Defense, Reinsurance, BFSI etc. Rooshabh holds executive MBA degree from Vinod Gupta School of Management - IIT Kharagpur, Rooshabh is interested in Big Data Testing, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, Tools like R and Tableau. Apart for this Rooshabh is also interested to teach Marketing to BBA/MBA students. Apart from work Rooshabh loves to go on trekking. He had trekked in various places like lake district (UK), Western ghats and in Himalayas ranges.He goes on trekking at least once in a year. Apart from trekking he loves to watch movies, listen to music (ranging from sufi to rock) and reading books on various subjects on his Kindle. His favourite authors are Nassim Taleb, Micheal Pollan, Douglas Adams, Kurt Vonnegut.
