Role & Responsibilities: Involved in conceptualization & design of different web & cloud app projects based on appropriate latest mix of technologies. Also, as a key member of the Technology Solution Group (TSG) carries out POC, research of various leads, review of architecture while working closely with technical leads. Interact with the global team of UK based clients in daily stand ups with team. Monitor all the aspects of projects & product development from design phase to execution and end to end delivery of projects along with a software development team. Managing timely project deliveries for different new & ongoing development projects along with TDD and CI/CD (Continuous Integration & Deployment) cycles in periodic agile sprints. Convert the proposed solution architecture for RFPs to real time projects by managing & conducting POCs till Go Live & Pilot phase and then further phases of the projects. PMO using Agile – Scrum Methodology. Leading daily scrum stand ups with reviews, technical innovations & developments related to areas of software technical development Executing POCs, Designing & Proposing Solutions for Framework, Project Plans for multiple Projects related to different Products, Analysis of New Requirements of the Applications & Assignments
