   we will receive the invoice to sap then validate the invoices with VAT id, then the basic details like invoice number,date, amount, currency and tax. after selecting the vendor details we will find the PO on the invoice as per the PO we will match the line items, if it\'s matching we will directly post the invoices. if the PO line items are not matching based on the scenario we will request for the client for the SES or GR. when we are posting the invoice we have to check the quantity and the price of the invoice if it\'s not matching it will directly move to R block. we used to process the Non Po invoices. if the invoices with below threshold we will post the invoices directly. if it\'s above threshold we have to take the approvals from the client we will post the invoices for Payment.
