About Roopa Iyer
I am a dedicated senior architect with extensive experience leading the full lifecycle of mid to large scale projects across diverse building types, including educational, institutional and lowrise residential. My background includes end-to-end project leadership, from initial concept design, through tender stage and construction to project completion, as well as studio leadership and change management. Since qualifying in 2007, from Sir. J.J. college of Architecture, Mumbai, India, I have been proud to have worked on some outstanding projects, including a flagship project spanning 16 schools for UCJ architecture & environment, as well as two residential tower complex of thirty floors each for Sanjay Puri Architects. Driven by values of integrity, hard work, transparency and a fascination for innovation, I have a passion for navigating design challenges and resolving problems through collaborative, creative thinking. I also have a strong commitment to transparency – over the course of my career, I’ve learned the importance of open, honest communication as the foundation to building close, long-lasting relationships with clients and multi-disciplinary project teams.
