Since October 2023, I have been working for a leading global Animal Health company, managing the account across multiple markets including US, overseeing Sales Operations around sales crediting, goal setting, and Incentive Compensation (IC) administration, driving operational excellence, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment across the commercial organization.Before that, I led the India team for multiple markets including Japan, Thailand and Emerging Markets - Latin America (Brazil, CARICAM, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Peru, Chile) managing client relationships and service delivery in the engagement for a global pharmaceutical giant. Along with managing operations, I took up the Program Management Office (PMO) lead from India for strategic engagement.
