About Roochi Shah
Hi! I just graduated with my B.S. in Statistics and Machine Learning at Carnegie Mellon University with additional minors in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I have a passion for deep learning applications and am currently completing the M.S. Machine Learning requirements during my undergraduate education. Outside of school, I enjoy training for marathons, cooking fusion food, and learning Chinese. Recap of some ML experiences- Utilizing satellite imagery data at John Deere on a semantic segmentation task to correctly identify high-moisture spots in a field (this model will be implemented in the world\'s first autonomous tractors!)- Leading a project predicting stock market returns from various earnings metrics- Independently writing an R library to automate the creation of data science reports- Creating novel architectures for ALFRED, a multimodal dataset for agents to follow instructions and complete household tasks- Researching how to make CNNs more robust to adversarial attacks through training on GAN generated adversarial inputs
