I lead audits, manage corrective action plans (CAPAs), engage with client leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen food safety management systems and ensure regulatory compliance, including CFIA expectations and Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR).I have over 10 years of experience in food safety consultancy, training, and auditing, working across multiple sectors in the Middle East and now in Canada. Previously, I served as Head of Quality Assurance and Food Safety, implementing ISO and HACCP standards in hospitals and manufacturing facilities, while designing and delivering public health and food safety trainings, including projects in partnership with Saudi Aramco.I hold a Professional Master’s degree in Food Safety & Formulation from the Lebanese University and have certifications as a trainer with Highfield HABC and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (UK). I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and communicative, and I continuously strive to expand my knowledge and contribute to the advancement of food safety and quality.
