Tasks could be summarizd as follows:• Collaborate with hydraulic and mechanical design engineers, draftsmen, and project teams to complete the generator design to meet specification requirements while optimizing costs throughout the entire project cycle.• Perform analytical design calculations (stresses and strains) and technical specifications, in accordance with internal design practices and industry requirements.• Produce technical instructions for fabrication and installation.• Monitor and update engineering budgets and schedules with project teams.• Organize and participate in design reviews.• Review and seal technical documentation produced by oneself or under one\'s supervision.• Provide technical support for the fabrication and installation of turbines or generators.• Participate in the development and maintenance of design tools and practices.• Participate in problem solving and root cause identification.• Prepare technical documentation for the call for tenders as required.
