I personally direct a book of business in worth 20 + million dollars. I Develop and implement business plans, revenue forecasts and sales and marketing plans (Requests for Proposals), complete contract review to acquire new customers as well as retain and grow existing accounts. I lead a team that consists of an, Account Associate, Research Analyst and Claims Rep with the primary concern of enhancing the customer experience. My focus is to manage the relationship with the top level contacts and ensure the entire team is exceeding the client’s needs and expectations while insuring revenue retention and growth.I have consistently set individual and company-wide sales objectives while developing plans to expand existing business and up sell new products. Identify opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships that further business goals. Assist in developing training material, corporate marketing material, including brochures and website. Perform sales and marketing presentations to corporate level executives and staff. Attend industry trade shows and consult/educate with the broker community. Work closely with Product Development team with expertise marketing several new products including Consumer Card, Wrap Plus cost containment product.
