Supply Chain and Manufacturing leader with strategic and tactical acumen in Planning, Strategic Sourcing / Materials Management / Procurement / Purchasing, Operations / Manufacturing, Inventory Control / Warehousing / Logistics / Distribution utilizing SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems. Manage team of 60+ colleagues. Global Supply Chain Planning: Develop and lead processes (SIOP) and personnel in worldwide demand and supply plans, new product launches, contingencies / opportunities and supply / capacity plans to ensure high customer service levels combined with balanced inventory levels and E&O reduction. Ensure Operational strategies and processes are realized (plant transfers, ownership transfers, regulatory changes). Provide due diligence on acquisitions and divestitures and ongoing integration activity. Strategic Sourcing: Evaluate markets / supply base to select and develop suppliers to provide products or services at optimized costs (typically 3-10% reductions), quality (improved design or processes) and on time delivery / inventory levels (ensure appropriate safety stocks, lead-times and manufacturing capabilities). Manufacturing: Lead team for filling / dispensing and packaging of finished goods. Deliver: Manage warehouse and global pick / pack / ship. Experienced with global distribution planning / transfers / greenfield with internal and 3PL distribution centers. Quality and Regulatory: Ensure improvement and compliance globally. Establish appropriate supply and labeling plans for global regulatory agency approvals as well as quality compliance to standards and continuous improvement.
