I am currently continuously learning and applying best organisational practices from accomplished leaders and diverse talent across functions.As Manager, CEO’s Office at iFOREST, I lead the Program Management Unit (PMU). I drive strategic coordination, institutional governance, and time-bound program delivery across teams.My role focuses on translating leadership vision into measurable outcomes through structured oversight, performance monitoring, and systems strengthening — including organization-wide deployment of Zoho Projects as a centralized accountability framework.Focus: Strategy execution | Program governance | Executive coordination | Performance systems | Operational excellence In my past role within the Editorial Manager ecosystem, I supported the newspaper’s Managing Heads, Chief Editor, and Editor in planning and executing The Indian Express Editorial operations across print and digital platforms. My responsibilities span workflow coordination, and strategic correspondence. I also led several cross-functional initiatives, including oversight of the Editorial Internship Programme (for both domestic and international students), editorial talent acquisition, preparation of Pan-India editorial monthly reports, coordination of weekly Idea Exchange discussions, and management of contributors’ payments across all editorial verticals.I worked in close collaboration with the CEO’s Office, Legal, Brand, Corporate Communication, and Marketing teams on newsroom-led brand building and flagship Express initiatives such as The Indian Express Adda, Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Awards, Excellence in Governance Awards, RNG Lecture among others.I was directly responsible for Editorial Operations within the newsroom, working alongside Team Leads across sections, bureaus, desks, reporting teams, as well as photo and design units. Beyond newsroom leadership, I am proud to be among the first cohort of Climate Reality Leaders in India, trained by Al Gore, Founder of The Climate Reality Project and the 45th Vice President of the United States. Climate action remains a critical priority for India, and I continue to contribute by amplifying awareness and driving conversations around climate change and sustainability.
