Workday Financials, Learning & Adaptive Insight Implementation Project: Project Manager for implementation of Workday Financials, Adaptive Insight and Workday Learning Management System working with stakeholders from across organization. Complex project impacts entire Organization needing extensive Change Management Planning Major SAP Upgrade: Successfully Completed as Project Manager, major upgrade of SAP ERP Financial and Reporting System including 6 related software applications. SAP ERP System included GL, AR, AP, FA, SD, MM and BPC EPM as reporting module. Developed Business Case and got approved from Steering Committee, Develop Project Charter, Detailed Project Plan, Resource planning, Budgeting, Vendor analysis, selection and Contracts, Continuous risk analysis and mitigation, Stakeholder Management, Coordination and Managed delivery from 2 major Vendors and at least 12 internal teams from across Organization. Workday Project: Successfully Completed Assessment and Implementation of new Human Resource Management System Workday. Current process mapping, Gap analysis, assisted in end to end RFP process and Risk Planning
