I am a 48-plus year real estate veteran. Since 1986, I have been a principal, leader and senior executive at four valuation companies, a brokerage firm and numerous real estate development and investment partnerships. My experience includes: strategic corporate decision making and advising international business leaders, REIT managers and financial institutions. I have personal experience with land and improved property acquisitions, zoning matters, ground-up development, renovations, sales/brokerage, leasing and valuation of over properties throughout the country. I have been qualified as an expert witness in numerous jurisdictions throughout the nation. I am presently providing expert consultation on CRE valuation matters pertaining to complex litigation and strategic advisory services involving capital markets and real estate tax matters.
