Concurrent with the acquisition of Soft Surroundings in late 2023, I moved into the CTO role of CW Holdings, serving both Soft Surroundings and Coldwater Creek. · Successfully executed a 9-month digital transformation project to combine two enterprise IT systems into a singular platform for both brands· Soft Surroundings: Led three operational departments and Information Technology, Fulfillment, and Warehousing/Distribution (including the Section 321 de Minimis project)· Technologies used: BigCommerce, Shopify POS, ShopifyPlus, D365 F&O, Boomi, Celigo, MS-Fabric business intelligence, Azure, AWS, VMWare, Tableau, Centric PLM, F21 Planning
