I am the Co-founder and CEO of Behavior Imaging Solutions (BIS)—formerly Caring Technologies / TalkAutism—where we use cutting-edge health IT, telehealth, and AI technologies to transform how individuals access healthcare and behavioral health support.Over the past two decades, our work at BIS has led to the development of an award-winning health technology platform that helps expedite autism diagnosis and supports ongoing treatment—especially in underserved regions where access to expert clinicians is limited or delayed. We’ve collaborated with global leaders in autism research, psychiatry, and child development to create tools that are evidence-based, scalable, and clinically impactful. We have been supported by multiple NIH Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Department of Defense and Education grants, which have helped the company advance clinical innovation in real-world care settings like (rural) homes, schools and hospitals.With more than 30 years of experience spanning the medical device, nonprofit, and research sectors, I bring deep expertise in healthcare innovation, scientific application, and patient advocacy. My journey is personally fueled by experience as a parent of an adult child with profound autism, which continues to inspire my mission to develop scalable, technology-driven solutions for diagnostic, assessment, and continuity of care across a range of behavioral and mental health challenges.As BIS continues to evolve, we are integrating AI-driven insights and remote care enablement tools to expand care capacity, improve outcomes, and democratize access to expert behavioral healthcare globally.

Our award-winning technology enables remote assessment and consultation between patients/students and professionals through enhanced video capture and a secure health record or special education assessment record application that allows users to store, share, and annotate video and other files. The company\'s international clients include the U.S. Department of Defense, behavioral health service providers, and many leading universities. We are on the forefront of important national research studies to expedite earlier diagnosis of autism (NIMH), transform current behavior assessment practices (NIH), and innovate medication management for children with autism (Autism Speaks). Above all, our mission is to use technology to connect needy patients or their caregivers with dedicated health professionals in improved ways that transforms the health care experience for all.
