Since graduating from Utah State University with a BS in Data Analytics I\'ve had a real opportunity to reflect deeply on my academic and personal journey. This reflection has illuminated a few things to me. First, I am so grateful to have found a degree that perfectly aligns with my skills and interests. My college experience not only sharpened my analytical abilities but also fostered a passion for lifelong learning. Second, effectively analyzing data is hard. There is no perfect analytical tool. There is only a dedicated analyst who is committed to learning and perseveres until the job is done. I am that analyst. Third, data analytics is a highly collaborative field. Data must be processed by so many different teams before it becomes valuable. I\'m thankful for the opportunity to work with such talented colleagues. Finally, I am passionate about leveraging data to create meaningful insights. Collecting data is easy; transforming it into something valuable is the real challenge. This is where I thrive.
