We are a leading internet retailer and healthy living company. Our sites include SwimOutlet.com, the web\'s most popular swim shop, YogaOutlet.com, a yoga-focused online retailer and Swim.com, a digital swim training and workout platform. Director of Product Management | I’m responsible for leading 3 Product Managers to support our e-commerce product strategy, roadmap design and deployment while identifying new feature releases that are aligned with our key markets. • Owned the ecommerce product roadmap and led the creation of product strategies, vision, and specifications that enhance the customer experience, such as deploying platform migration efforts and optimizing system integrity. • Introduced new custom-built security tools, IT policies, and procedures to support a stronger data infrastructure, which included directing our first Payment Card Industry (PCI) Audit and migrating our front-end to Shopify Plus. • Led migration of YogaOutlet.com from our custom-built eCommerce Platform to Shopify Plus, which included creating KPIs to handle sales growth for Yoga because it has exploded since COVID has forced people to stay home. • Led Google Cloud Platform Migration project, which involved working closely with the CIO and months of planning and system QA testing to get us from our dedicated on-site hosting with Rackspace to GCP, and the final sign off.
