Work with municipalities regarding habitabilities, occupancies, permitting, inspections, and certificates of completion. routine safety meetings with workers and crew members highlighting a couple of key topics that need to be focused on. Remain cost conscious from the early stages of the buyout process all the way to the small remaining items usually pending at the end of a project. Conduct periodic walks with owners, management, and on-site personnel regarding work in progress and completed tasks. Coordinate with on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that deadlines are being met as a project completion date approaches.
