Prioritized and successfully worked on positioning the BWI Business Partnership as a strategic partner and increasing its footprint in the Baltimore Metro Region, and in particularly Baltimore City.• Whilst emphasizing on Brand & Mission awareness of The Partnership’s and the Partnership’s Foundation by using superior networking and connection skills to band together C-level business and community leaders for collaboration. • Work closely in support of: BWI Marshall Airport, Counties Government offices, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel and Howard Counties Economic and Workforce Development, Fort Meade, Fort Meade Alliance and NSA. • Collaborate with the Executive Director on the Annual Budget Plan and present it to the Board.• Prepare and present the Board with quarterly updates.• Successfully increased sponsorship commitment (over budget projections) Increased Membership to pre-pandemic numbers while placing high importance on renewals and retention.• Database CRM management using GrowthZone/Chamber Master. • Assisted in the development, launch and the daily management of the company website using WordPress.• Submit annual grant requests in support of the BWI Community Development Foundation.• Manage all aspects of events whilst adhering to budget, plan the content, keynote speakers, venues contracts negotiation, events logistics, AV, delegate duties to staff to deliver a successful experience for our attendees, create PowerPoint Presentations, events flyers & promotions. • Implements social media campaigns to promote the Partnerships and partners updates, content creations, and posts events. • Creates weekly e-newsletter using Constant Contact. • Chair the Partnership’s Young Professionals Group Committee and member of the Women’s Leadership Series Committees. • Serves as treasurer at the Visit Annapolis Anne Arundel Foundation Board of Trustees. • Committee member at Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) 10yr Economic Opportunity Plan Steering Committee.
