Senior business leader with over 25 years of experience in engineering, process improvement, and project management/development functions. Experience includes implementing a formal stage gate project management process for a leading North American energy company in addition to having managed cross-functional project execution teams on five continents. Multidisciplinary experience and expertise, including program/project management, strategic planning, business process re-engineering, cost management, risk management, capital management, and team development and training. Have created and delivered training to over 3500 employees over the last ten years. Additionally, my teams have developed and implemented Enterprise project management systems including Unifier, EcoSys, Aconex, and the integration of key tools and metrics with our companies ERP systems. Proud member of the Cherokee and Quapaw tribes of Oklahoma, and chair of the Williams Indigenous Peoples Council. Member of the Tulsa Native American Day committee and passionate about Native American education, sovereignty, and mentoring programs.
