I have held roles as IT Operations, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Center/Infrastructure Transformation to Private and AWS/Public Cloud, and Enterprise Application Development. In each of these roles I have been recognized as a customer advocate, core technologist and change agent designing and implementing technical solutions that reduce Total Cost of Ownership and delivering a strong Return On Investment.I have experience in leading and developing small localized teams, as well as large global teams. These teams have focused on ITIL best practices, undergone LEAN transformations, and converted their development practices from Waterfall to Agile and DevOps. Under my leadership and involvement, my team was among the first to adopt DevOps/ChatOps with the IT Operations teams within HP Enterprise using a combination of git, Jenkins, Flowdock and Hubot. Expert in the Detect to Correct IT4IT Value Stream and was among the core participants representing Hewlett Packard in its development. This reference architecture served as the basis for the environment deployed to manage the IT Operations for Hewlett Packard, HP Enterprise and DXC Technologies. My experience in this area covers multiple MicroFocus tools, such as Openview Operations, Operations Bridge, Operations Manager, Business Service Manager, SiteScope, and Network Node Manager. I also have experience in deployment and integration of tool sets from ServiceNow, BPM and IBM. I am passionate about the use of the latest IT technologies, practices and tools to drive competitive advantage. This pushes me to develop my skills and experiences, and those of my team, to become the best and most skilled IT professionals in the industry.
