I\'m proud to have launched TimelyText back in 2003, and I\'ve been fortunate to work with so many amazing people along the way.My daily role is focused on helping organizations effectively and efficiently meet their corporate communications, technical documentation, instructional design or marketing communications needs. I am a native of NC, and heavily networked in the area’s business community. I am an active participant in several associations and am asked to speak on topics ranging from career development to interviewing and negotiation skills. When you need technical or marketing writing, instructional design, editing, or communication project support, TimelyText is the solution. My team works with clients to clearly define their project needs, and then to identify the best possible project approach or match among candidate skills. We vet the solution and/or potential fits, and present the best ones. Successes- Built an instructional design team that helped a global power engineering company create an award-winning in-house training program, which has been delivered (so far) to over participants, worldwide- Employed or placed over 300 instructional designers and technical writers- Provided dozens of contract and temp-to-hire professionals to a large health care insurer over the course of a decade- Selected as a Top 100 North Carolina Small Business- Grew the firm to be North Carolina’s top employer/supplier of technical writers and instructional designers.Specialties: Business development, defining business requirements for training course design and development, writing, editing or technical documentation projects.
