Collaborate with site leadership and Enterprise IT & OT teams to create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the infrastructure technology stack, with a focus on manufacturing technology areas.·Develop subject matter experts (SMEs) in enterprise support and establish robust training programs.·Ensure support agreements for relevant technologies are maintained to minimize their impact on business operations.· Partner with business process owners to develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise Business Continuity Plans.·Foster continuous improvement through technological innovation and process optimization.·Work with the infrastructure team to maintain infrastructure, networking, and end-user technology services in a multi-site, 24/7 environment across North America.·Work with Enterprise IT & OT teams, executive management, and department leaders to evaluate near- and long-term infrastructure capacity requirements.·Stay updated on industry developments by researching infrastructure products, services, and standards.·Oversee the implementation and upgrades of new and existing equipment, hardware, and software.·Manage relationships with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure necessary infrastructure products and services.
