SPARES & CONSIGNMENT- Manages fleet of M1 owned aircraft parts and assets- Manages component repairs to ensure units are turned around on time- Plans and executes the procurement of spares and materials for the program- Sources for vendors and accurately evaluates, selects and negotiates price and related conditions- Evaluates, negotiates and establishes contracts where applicable with suppliers of spare parts- Monitors and upsells allocated customers to meet yearly budget targets- Creates new opportunities for revenue flow by having a good understanding of the customer base- Grows network of external and internal industry contacts to monitor various information sources and trade publications for sales offerings- Regularly researches market trends and changes that may impact managed assets- Creates impact analysis reports and deliver reports to key stakeholders and clients- Established the Spares & Consignment Inventory Quality Assurance Procedure of the company.CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS- Manages progress of customer parts for repair (e.g, nacelles, flight control surfaces, radomes, etc.)- Establishes a relationship with the customers that goes beyond the business tasks in order to gain trust, esteem and respect to consolidate and expand the current business- Exploits future business opportunities with customers based on their fleet, financial situation, market evolution and M1 capabilities- Preventive maintenance planning with customer to properly plan related activities internally- Plan and control execution of repair work as per schedule in coordination with production, operations, engineering, purchasing and logistics- Define recovery actions, identify risks, critical path and mitigate impact- Upon completion of repair, conduct root cause analysis of issues encountered and provide related preventive actions- Supports Finance Section on invoicing of repaired units and follows up of outstanding balances.
