The study explored the relationship between properties used to describe government contractor organizations and their use of these tools and processes to pursue government contracts by assessing organizational properties and the use of these tools. Dr. Martin has 22 years’ experience managing and participating in the development of proposals for Government and commercial contracts. Served as CEO, President, Sr. Consultant, Proposal Manager, volume manager and subject matter expert. Adept at analyzing requirements and developing strategic management approaches to meet RFP and SOW requirements.
