I am an Indian Patent Agent having 10 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and specifically in Patents. Currently, I am associated with Tata AutoComp Systems Limited - Technical Centre, wherein I am managing the Intellectual Property department of the organization. My expertise lies in handling the patent lifecycle right from understanding inventions from inventors, conducting prior art and infringement searches, drafting provisional and non-provisional patent applications, responding to office actions, attending hearing and maintaining the granted patent. I am also involved in defining the IP processes, working with R&D teams to guide and develop patentable inventions, creating awareness about IP in the organization to motivate employees to file patent applications and encouraging employees in cultivating a culture of innovation within the organization.
