Completed end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including hiring manager support, sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, and final candidate selection, achieving significant cost savings through reduction in agency spend. Developed stakeholder relationships, gaining sound knowledge of each business area and their challenges to support recruitment activity.
