ABOUT RONNIE BLAIR

Coming from a strong Greenkeeping / Horticulture background, I joined the R1 group in December 2022. Having worked in the Greenkeeping and Landscaping industry for the last 40 years I have brought with me a wealth of technical Grounds Maintenance knowledge as well as Contract management / operational management.I am responsible for projects we currently have whilst being backed by our strong Landscaping and Arboriculture, fencing and hard landscaping teams, as well as being assisted by directors from the 4 divisions we currently possess in Scotland, i am tasked with maintaining business and subsequent negotiations along with contract mobilisations. Keeping track of P & Ls in every contract i manage for R1, answering at Director level, helping and assisting every member of our team at R1 to succeed, in making our business the best at all times.I have been involved with Commercial Contract Supervision and Management since 2001, predominately working on large sized Contract Maintenance & landscaping projects. My knowledge extends to site clearance, forestry, environmental improvement and mitigation schemes.My clients have ranged from major government organisation, MOD Contracts, Police Forces, big players in the building trades and also within the construction industry Today, Root one offers extensive expertise built around an established and experienced team. Our portfolio of services includes all aspects of landscaping, maintenance, fencing and vegetation management/maintenance and light civil works to a wide range of industry sectors including government, development corporations, councils, utilities, major contractors and architects.A positive mindset gives you a more hopeful outlook, and belief that you CAN do something great, means you WILL!
