   Originate, structure, and transact a variety of environmental markets contracts: merchant, long-term fixed-price, prepaid (cash-upfront), option, and derivatives to mitigate risk and maximize reward.Routinely service and scale energy transition relationships with Fortune corporations, real estate firms, universities, municipalities, cooperatives, family offices, and professional developers.Focused monetization, procurement, and hedging of all compliant and voluntary environmental markets: Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), Clean Peak Energy Certificates (CPECs), California Carbon Allowances (CCAs), Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), Center for Resource Solutions (CRS)-Listed/Green-e, and International Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) on both a physical and financially settled basis. Structure long-term bundled (Power + REC) Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs/VPPAs) which finance new solar and wind development and satisfy the participating capital stack (tax-equity, debt, and sponsor equity).
