At PosiGen, I lead the New Homes business unit and process improvement initiatives for a renewable energy company focused on residential solar adoption. In support of the new business unit, I created scalable structures, and established leadership framework to secure partnerships with national builders. I championed a company-wide cultural transformation initiative for more than 700 employees, embedding core behaviors into daily operations and establishing cross-functional committees focused on communication, innovation, and recognition. I also designed a blended Lean Essentials program that certified employees at multiple belt levels and delivered rapid improvement events that produced significant OpEx savings while accelerating cycle times.
