I currently serve as International Shipping Program Manager at Patterson Companies, where I lead the design and governance of regulated international shipping programs across highly controlled product categories. My work focuses on building scalable, audit-ready global trade, import/export, and supply-chain execution models that operate reliably across regions, business units, and regulatory regimes.This role reflects a natural extension of my career: translating complex, high-risk operational environments into structured, compliant, and predictable systems—at enterprise scale.In parallel, I continue selective advisory and consulting work in the Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) space through Imatreon BioSolutions LLC, which I co-founded to support sponsors, CDMOs, and CROs navigating the unique operational demands of autologous and personalized therapies. Imatreon was built as an Operational Infrastructure Organization (OIO), focused not on theory, but on executable systems that withstand regulatory scrutiny.My CGT advisory work has historically covered-Clinical logistics and global supply-chain orchestration-Chain of Identity / Chain of Custody (COI/COC) frameworks-Patient operations and vein-to-vein execution models-Cross-functional integration across clinical, quality, manufacturing, and vendorsFrom standing up early-phase infrastructure to stabilizing at-risk programs, I’ve helped teams convert fragile, founder-led workflows into repeatable, inspection-ready operating models.Across both corporate and advisory roles, my value sits at the intersection of-Regulated global logistics-Trade and compliance-driven execution-Operational governance and decision clarityI remain open to targeted CGT advisory engagements where deep operational experience is required, while continuing to build enterprise-grade global shipping and trade programs in my current role.If your organization operates in a regulated, high-consequence environment and needs operational systems that actually work in the real world, we’ll likely have a productive conversation.
