Successfully delivered the first client engagement for this service offering. Provided opportunities for consultants to learn new product and service deliveries through training and shadowing. PARTNER ENABLEMENT: Delivered training and best practice workshops to strengthen the maturity of strategic partner organizations. Worked with security practitioners and engineers at partner organizations to enable new skill sets and create additional opportunities for customer success with shared clients. As a member of the Professional Services team at Trellix, I work with our clients to ensure the Trellix (formerly FireEye and McAfee) products they purchased are architected, deployed, configured, and integrated to the highest standards. As a member of the Advanced Practices Group, I work with other Tech Leads to ensure quality, consistency, and strong best practices within our service delivery offerings.
